When you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), details of your request and any documents you choose to upload. Documents may contain sensitive personal information such as identity, family or health details.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the services you request and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Disclosure
Where necessary to perform the service, we may share documents with translators, notaries public, DFAT, embassies, consulates, registries and couriers. Some of these may be located overseas, including our international offices.
Security and retention
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our business mailbox hosted in Switzerland. Uploaded files are not stored on the web server. We keep records only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations.
